Preschool Religious Education
History This program was created by a group of women who felt their children would benefit from formal religious education outside of the home. These children were too old to go to babysitting, and too young to appreciate weekly mass (although it is encouraged for parents to bring children to mass when they can). Before this formal religious education teaching commenced in 1st grade. In the spring of 2001 a six week pilot program was offered to this age group and was very successful. We are in our fourth very successful year, and both the four year old class and five year old class have fourteen students.
