Daily Mass Chapel

As you proceed through the Lower Gallery and approach the etched glass
doors on your right, turn instead to the left and go through the wood and
stained-glass doors into the Daily Mass Chapel.
The Chapel is used for daily Mass and liturgical services for smaller
groups. It can be independently heated and cooled. The altar and ambo
(pulpit) previously served in the convent and then in an earlier Daily
Mass Chapel. The crucifix, a recent acquisition by the parish, is a study
in plaster for a Corpus (body of the crucified Christ) by artist Charles
Vukovich,. Clear glass windows open on a meditation garden surrounding a
marble statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The wood and stained-glass chapel wall previously stood behind the main
church sanctuary. It is now dedicated to all those who have supported St.
Peter’s in previous financial campaigns.
