Trunk or Treat A Success!!
Over 50 families packed their cars with children, decorations and tons of candy and came to the parking lot of St. Peters to celebrate the first annual Trunk or Treat event for Halloween. At precisely 7 PM, the cars arrived and began the process of decorating their cars, vans and SUVs for the evening. As more than 125 children of all ages and 100 adults ( some of whom were wearing their own costumes!!) piled out of the vehicles, they were greeted by the committee, including Miss Teapot (Tara) who led them to the DJ, spinning energizing music in preparation for the "parade of costumes." After the parade, everyone trick or treated to each car, where adults handed out treats and candy. Dancing to the DJ, snacking on popcorn, pretzels and other snacks followed until everyone had fun and Halloween at St. Peters was enjoyed by all.
