Fr. AJ Announced Dean
St. Peter’s is pleased to share that our pastor, Very Reverend Andrew J. DeSilva (Fr. AJ), has been appointed Dean of Central Bergen, Deanery #3, effective August 4, 2026.
A dean is a priest appointed by the Archbishop to help support and foster collaboration among the parishes and priests within a particular geographic area. Fr. AJ will continue serving as pastor of St. Peter’s while taking on this additional role.
