It’s that time of year….the Carnival is coming!

The Carnival Committee is a dedicated team of volunteers behind our parish’s largest annual fundraiser, which has raised $40K–50K for St. Peter’s in recent years. With 13 years of experience, the team has a clear blueprint to follow, resources to use, and connections in place. They meet about 4 times a year, with most involvement during the event and in the months leading to it. Mark your calendar — this year’s Carnival takes place Thursday, September 25th through Sunday, September 28th.

New helping hands are needed to join this team in running this great event. Participating on the Carnival Committee means:

  • [TOP PRIORITY] Be Present: Help is needed throughout the event — from volunteer check-ins to cash counts.

  • Help Plan: Sit in with the crew who’ve been making this happen for 13 years. There’s plenty to learn and contribute!

  • Help Prepare: Depending on your availability and interest, you can help with tasks leading up to the Carnival — like selling raffle tickets after Mass.
