Seasons of Hope Bereavement Support Group: Fall 2026 Session Registration Now Open

“Blessed are those who mourn” our Lord assures us “for they will be comforted.”

God is close to us in our suffering, sustaining us through the gift of each other. The support of those who know what you are going through is one of God’s many gifts of love. Seasons of Hope is a 6-week faith-based support group for those grieving the loss of a loved one.

This Christ-centered bereavement group is for you if:

  • You are looking for friends in Christ to share your journey of sorrow.

  • You’ve been trying to figure out the meaning of your grief.

  • You want to move forward with life but haven’t been able to.

  • You find comfort in the teachings of Christ.

  • You are open to new ways of coping with your grief.

  • You don’t want to feel alone anymore.

Trained parish facilitators conduct the program. All meetings take place in an intimate, small group, and a confidential setting at St. Peter’s.

There is no charge, but registration is required as the meeting size is limited.

6-week session runs every Tuesday beginning October 13, 2026 – November 17, 2026

Time options:

  • Mornings 9:30am – 11:00am

  • Evenings 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Registration is now open at www.saint-peter.org/bereavement.

For more information or to speak with a facilitator, please call the Parish Office or email Bereavement@saint-peter.org.
