Kids’ Lent: Miracle Hunters

Families with children are invited to take part in Kids’ Lent: Miracle Hunters starting Ash Wednesday, February 18. Available on our parish page in the Hallow app — with or without a subscription — this daily prayer challenge offers an engaging and meaningful way to experience Lent together.

Join the challenge on our parish page on the Hallow App, or get started at hallow.com/parish.

Kids’ Lent: Miracle Hunters

Join the Kids’ Lent Challenge: Miracle Hunters! Follow Mia, Paul, Brad, and Grace as they set out to discover the truth about miracles and how God is always at work in our lives. Throughout the series, families will meet new friends, dive into Saints Alive-style saint stories, hear inspiring vocation journeys, play games, pray together, and enjoy episodes from the hit game show Holy Moly! Together we'll see that even when miracles don’t happen the way we want or expect, God is still at work in His love for us. This series is perfect for kids aged 6-12.

Eucharistic Miracles Exhibit

The Eucharistic Miracles Exhibit is coming to St. Peter's April 1st - 12th! This traveling exhibit invites you to rediscover and deepen your belief in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist. Inspired by the work of Saint Carlo Acutis, who dedicated his young life to cataloguing Eucharistic miracles from across the globe, this exhibit draws from the foundation he created to help others recognize the extraordinary reality of Christ’s presence in the Eucharist.

This exhibit is free and open to the public. Find details and viewing times at www.saint-peter.org/exhibit

Sponsored by the Archdiocese of Trenton and brought to St. Peter’s by the New Evangelization Ministry.

[FULL] Feed Thy Neighbor: Sandwich-Making Event

UPDATE: Sign-ups are now closed due to the amazing response in meeting all donation and volunteer needs. Thank you!

Our faith calls us to love our neighbors. Join us for a large service opportunity as we put our faith in action this Lent through the Feed Thy Neighbor event. On Wednesday, February 25th at 6:30pm in the Gym, our goal is to make approximately 300 turkey & cheese sandwiches for the men and women who visit Father English Community Center – a Catholic Charities agency in Paterson.

Your help is needed to make this happen! Please consider donating food/supplies, and/or volunteering for the 2/25 event itself! Donations gratefully will be accepted by 1pm on Sunday, February 22nd.

Please sign up for our specific donation needs and/or sign up to volunteer! Space is limited for the 2/25 event itself, so please sign up early. Please visit the Welcome Desk in the Gathering Space if you need assistance signing up.

This service project is sponsored by the Office of Faith Formation. For more information, contact Kate Dorsett at katieonka@gmail.com.

Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.
— Matthew 25:40

Stations of the Cross 2/20

Each Friday during Lent, you are invited to walk prayerfully with Christ along the way of His Passion—from Pilate’s praetorium to the tomb. Through the 14 Stations of the Cross, we journey together with Scripture, meditation, and quiet reflection. Booklets will be provided to guide your prayer, and the service may vary each week as a different ministry leads it.

All are welcome to take part in this meaningful Lenten devotion—a sacred opportunity to slow down, pray deeply, and enter more fully into the mystery of Christ’s sacrifice and love.
