Advent Prayer Challenge
This Advent, beginning December 1st, we invite you to slow down, breathe, and enter the season with intention. Our parish will be journeying together through Hallow’s Pray25: Be Still — a beautiful daily prayer series designed to help us quiet our hearts and draw closer to Christ. Families can join the Kids Advent Challenge: Finding Fiat and make prayer part of their Advent rhythm at home.
Listen independently — no meetings or set times! Use the app or listen online from a computer. Join in any time!

About the Challenges
Pray25: Be Still invites us into the story of the Nativity through Scripture, reflections from The Reed of God and The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry, and quiet moments of contemplative prayer.
Kids Advent: Finding Fiat follows Grace Brumley from Saints Alive as she prepares to play Mary in her school nativity — a fun, faith-filled way for families to pray together each day.

Lessons and Carols
Join us for Lessons and Carols on Sunday, December 21st at 4:00 PM. Through nine short readings and carols, this beautiful service of Scripture and song tells the story of salvation from humanity’s fall to the promise of a Savior and the birth of Christ. Led by our Adult Choir, Children's Choir, guest musicians, and Lectors, this family-friendly tradition is sure to get you in the Christmas spirit. All are welcome — bring your family and friends!
Youth Group 12/21: Christmas Party!
Join Youth Ministry for our Annual Christmas Party! We invite you to wear fun Christmas sweater, pajamas, or Santa hats! We will be having a gift exchange, so feel free to bring $10-$15 gift of your choosing.
All 9th-12th grade students are welcome to join in on our Youth Group sessions, which happen most Sunday evenings during the academic year, from 7-9pm in the Youth Room.

College Night: Winter Break Gathering
All college students are invited to a night of food, fellowship, and prayer on Sunday, January 11, 2026 from 7:00-9:00 PM, starting in the Parish Center. Take a break from the rush of school and the holidays to reconnect with your faith, church, and fellow college students home for Winter Break.

Tree Lighting Ceremony
Join us for our Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, December 13th following the 5pm Mass, when we'll light the evergreens outside our church decorated from the Christmas Tree Dedications. After the ceremony, all are invited to a festive Community Saturday "Wine & Cheese" with Christmas cookies and hot cocoa!

CYO Basketball 2025-2026 Registration Deadline
Registration for the 2025-2026 St. Peter’s CYO Basketball season is open until October 28th! Programs are available for girls and boys grades K-8 along with high school boys. All skill levels are welcome, and we offer top-level competition with one of the biggest programs in Bergen County.
Participants must either attend St. Peter Academy or our Faith Formation program.
